To analyze, plan, direct, and coach district personnel to achieve the district's financial budget and key performance goals and achieve margin.
To develop employees who have the ability to work with members and employees to advance the development of Genex and CRI.
Be accountable for achieving the key performance areas relating to the sales and profitability in the district
Be accountable for the recruitment, training, and development of ASMs and district employees and representatives.
Develop budget for the district that meets corporate income and margin goals
Qualifications
Experience in effective team development and communication
4-year agricultural related degree or experience
Ability to communicate and develop a clear vision
