| Calumet, Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Fond du Lac Counties. A key position is open in a well established traditional dairy area with growth potential. Seeking an aggressive team oriented individual to assist Breeding Program Specialists to provide all Genex service, semen, and product offerings to customers. Seeking a flexible, responsible, career-oriented person willing to work with a diverse group of dairy producers. A great chance to work with dedicated teammates to shape the future of a sales area.
Major Areas of Accountability

Provide personalized A.I. service, heat detection and breeding program assistance in a wide array of environments

Provide reproductive management expertise to improve performance, especially in large herds

Maintain excellent business management practices related to all Genex programs
-
Represent Genex in a professional manner while carrying out daily activities
Qualifications
- Degree in agriculture or equivalent practical experience.
- Dairy herd experience preferred
- Energetic, reliable and self motivated
- Strong computer, communication and people skills
- Ability to work in a team setting and independently
Willingness to be challenged personally and professionally
