PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
- To provide Personal Time Off (PTO) relief for Field Technicians.
- To assist in the training of new Field Technicians in the proper techniques required to provide quality services to members. Also provide training of adherence to proper data collection procedures.
- To support the achievement of Regional Sales Goals through sales of AgSource Programs, Options, Services and Products.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
- Provide Personal Time Off relief for Field Technicians.
- Assist Regional Sales Managers in the following activities: sales calls, Field Tech training, and community activities that benefit the Cooperative.
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in addressing member complaints, concerns and questions that pertain to DHI programs and services.
- Demonstrates personal initiative for professional growth and development.
- Participate in all training programs and secure and retain all licenses and permits as required by AgSource Minimum Operating Standards.
- Conduct themselves professionally in all dealings with members, co-workers, and other agribusiness professionals. Cooperate with other CRI subsidiaries with joint marketing projects when appropriate.
