Major Areas of Accountability:

§   Within a team, provide personalized A.I. service, heat detection and breeding program assistance

§   Provide reproductive management expertise to improve reproductive performance, especially in large herds

§   Maintain accounts receivables within current credit policy and guidelines

§   Represent Genex in a professional manner while carrying out daily activities timely and efficiently

Qualifications:

1. Previous A.I. experience

2. Degree in agriculture or equivalent practical experience preferred

3. Communication and people skills are a must

4. Needs to be a team player and a problem solver

5. Willingness to be challenged and develop both personally and professionally
