Objectives of Position:

• To develop skills of A.I. service, reproductive principles to support members
• Learn and apply principles of Genex in preparation for Marketing Sales and Service positions
• Support teams in larger geographic area

• Provide reliable relief service\sales support to the Breeding Program Specialist
• Carry out effective business management practices
• Follow through on personnel development and training
• Assist in achieving desired herd and profit improvement for members
• Develop skills to present programs and educate members
• Carry out effective support for PR and member relations activities
