This full-time position will join our fast-paced Data Center environment responsible for the support of workstation hardware and software, servers (i.e., Windows, Novell, iSeries), PDA devices, laser printers, and other peripheral equipment. Phone support for remote user devices on various system platforms, running system utilities and programs, printing and e-mailing of reports, and system error analysis and resolution are additional responsibilities.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
•· Strong verbal and written communication skills for support of users.
•· PC application experience, such as Microsoft Office products.
•· High level of dependability.
•· Ability and willingness to travel for short periods to assist at remote sites.
•· Problem solving abilities.
•· Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently.
•· Experience with IBM System i is beneficial, but not required.
