Major Areas of Responsibility

• Direct all activities in the evaluation, processing, packaging and storage of semen.
• Provide leadership in the establishment of processing procedures.
• Carry out post-thaw evaluations and make decisions on semen quality to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for supervising the laboratory staff.
• Maintain and order supplies necessary for managing the semen processing laboratory.

Qualifications

• Four-year agricultural/biology degree or related work experience.
• Team player able to work and coordinate with other departments.
• Working knowledge of A.I. programs and semen processing.

• Semen lab experience would be a positive.
