Position Summary:

Genex\CRI is a Wisconsin-based bovine genetics supplier, offering a complete line up of dairy and beef sires throughout the United States. We are in search of independent partners to join our rapidly growing sales team. Consignment Representatives have the entrepreneurial opportunity to build and maintain a customer base within a given territory for arm service and semen sales as primary responsibilities and secondarily the sale of programs and supplies to ensure profitable sales growth in the territory assigned. We provide great opportunities for hard-working, dedicated individuals to build a mutually beneficial high-return business.

Responsibilities:

· Maximize semen sales for assigned territory, Dairy and Beef

· Achieve and exceed sales targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis, Dairy and Beef

· Promote and assist with the scheduling of the Genex mating program within assigned territory

· Support company programs and promotions

· Participate in company scheduled meetings and promotional events

· Participate in all company training programs

· Represent Genex in a professional manner at all times

Qualifications:

· AAS or Bachelor degree (Ag. major preferred)

· At least 1-year sales experience, preferably agriculture

· Strong customer relations skills, organizational talents and knowledge of the A.I. industry

· Self-starter with proven energy and motivation who is willing to find, develop and close sales leads

· Must be results oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities
