Primary Objective of Position:  To provide prompt and accurate field service to maintain integrity of the rules established, to conform with the policies of AgSource Cooperative Services and the policies set by the Board of Directors.  To work continually to promote the AgSource programs, its options and all other services offered by the Cooperative.

Major Areas of Accountability:

1. Provide personalized data and milk collection services to our members and customers.
2. Provide all services in a timely and professional manner.
3. Sell AgSource service, programs, and products to existing and new customers.
4. Willingness to learn and develop the skills and specific knowledge of our programs and services associated with the data and milk collection industry and AgSource.
5. Perform other related duties assigned by Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

•  Strong dairy background.
• Must be self motivated and be able to work independently.
• Good communication skills with people.
• Willingness to learn and develop, personally and professionally.
• Dairy software knowledge a plus.
• Computer skills are required.
