To provide a learning internship for personal growth into a fast paced AI Company.  Develop of skills and ability to further future opportunities in AI Field.

To provide personalized AI service and breeding program assistance to member/customers that will result in improved profit potential for them and present Genex in a positive manner, enhancing confidence and respect of member/customers and the agricultural community.

To assist the ASM/DSM and local sales team through coordinated, supportive efforts in achieving the service and sales goals of the sales unit.

To sell Genex's AI services, semen, products, and programs to increase market share and achieve sales budgets.

To learn and develop skills, knowledge, products, services, and programs associated with the AI industry and Genex.

Qualifications

1.      Must have strong dairy/beef background.

2.      Willingness and strong desire to work with cattle and people.

3.      Must be able to communicate effectively and be service oriented.

4.      Ability to work well independently and as part of a dedicated team.

5.      Must have desire to grow professionally and personally and have a willingness to learn and to help people.
