• To provide personalized AI service and reproductive principles to support members/customers
• Assist APC with on-farm programs to develop skills for the future
• Conduct business in a way that is efficient, effective and profitable for Genex
• Assist in achieving desired herd and profit improvements for members
• Follow through on personnel development plans as outlined by the ASM and Team Leader for progression into other marketing positions

Qualifications:

·         Strong agricultural background working with large dairies

·         Degree in agriculture, animal/dairy science or relevant farm experience

·         Sales, service and DC 305 knowledge 

·         Willing to work in a team structure

·         Great communication skills
