Genex Cooperative, Inc., is seeking a full-time Manager for our custom collection facility at Billings, Montana.  The successful candidate will oversee and provide leadership to the facility. 

The successful candidate will direct all aspects of the operation by providing cattlemen with professional bull care, high quality frozen semen, and storage and shipping services throughout the world.  The candidate will also oversee semen collection and laboratory processing, distribution, and sire health testing to maintain CSS compliance and international export requirements.  In addition, the successful candidate will also assist in the development of advertising and promotion programs, participate in appropriate beef activities and trade shows, and be responsible for the development of operating budget for the facility annually.

Qualifications:

·       The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree in agricultural or related field or equivalent work experience.  Bovine semen collection and lab experience would be
a positive. 

·         A working knowledge of the beef industry and beef AI programs would also be helpful. 

·        The candidate will also need to be able to work in a fast moving lab environment, while pulling together a team of sire collection personnel and laboratory processing people. 

·        Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills are required.
