Major Areas of Accountability

Plan operational logistics related to semen production, animal utilization and location to ensure adequate inventories are available to meet market demand. Work with site and department managers to ensure that all work processes and procedures are documented. Identify and carry out quality improvement projects across all production activities including laboratory and livestock areas.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication along with advanced computer skills, be able to work independently and as part of team. Candidates should have a BS in Animal Agriculture and at least 5 years of work experience in a related field or an MS in Reproductive Physiology.
