Cooperative Resources International in Shawano, Wisconsin, seeks a Global Alliance Development Manager.   The successful candidate will serve as project manager for the USAID Cooperative Development Program.  The successful candidate will develop grant proposals for government and private grants.   The candidate is responsible for compliance of federal rules and regulations pertaining to awarded grants and projects and file reports with agencies.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have the following:

•·       A bachelor's degree in a related field.

•·       Experience in writing proposals, grants, and developing budgets.

•·       Effective and professional communication skills in a team environment.

•·       Great attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

•·       Agriculture and cooperative experience is a plus.
