Primary Objectives:

• To develop and maintain business through local member, prospect, industry and professional contacts
• To lead team personnel on a daily basis in their professional and career development
• To develop member relations that enhance the confidence and respect of members and prospects for the organization

Areas of Accountability:

• Be responsible for business development and implementation in team.
• Take an active role in developing new employees.
• Lead teammates with direction through team development and education
• Provide accountability for CRI policies
• Assist ASM and DSM in development and application of sales\service programs

Requirements:

• 4 years Animal Science or related degree or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of agricultural software, reproduction, genetics
• Ability to work and lead with-in a team structure 
• Great communication skills and a can do attidtude
• High degree of sales skills

• Ability to self motivate and motivate others
