Qualifications

Genex Cooperative, Inc., is accepting applications for a position opening for National Account Training Specialist. The applicant must be able to speak Spanish and English fluently.

Major Areas of Accountability

Provide English and Spanish artificial insemination training for assigned dairy operations. Demonstrate an effective and efficient on-farm AI training program. Develop a routine training and refresher schedule. Establish leadership in providing advanced reproductive-focused programs.

The successful candidate will be a leader, have the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and possess organizational skills, along with a desire to educate. 

The successful candidate should have a clear understanding of the dairy industry, dairy reproduction and genetics.  They shall have the ability to analyze data and trouble shoot reproductive issues on a dairy.  They shall be experienced in using dairy software programs.

Travel commitment will be moderate.
