Major Areas of Accountability

• Assist team members to provide personalized AI service and breeding program assistance to members
• Sell Genex AI services, semen, products and programs
• Provide reproductive management expertise to members that will improve reproductive performance in their herds
• Maintain accounts receivables within current credit policy and guidelines
• Represent Genex in a professional manner while carrying out daily activities timely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Strong dairy background
• Experience in heat detection on large farms.
• Aggressive sales and service person who is self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Communication and people skills are a must
• Willingness to learn and develop both personally and professionally
• Computer skills and ability to work with herd management software is a plus
• Degree in Agriculture or equivalent practical experience preferred
