CRI has a history and culture deeply rooted in the core values of honesty and integrity in rural American agriculture. Our reputation for credibility and being able to deliver services as promised makes the three subsidiary cooperatives that form CRI attractive to the members we serve. We are a successful, progressive and well-respected cooperative.
The employee group is CRI's greatest resource. Good people are recruited and properly trained. CRI strongly promotes an environment of continuous learning and personal development. Through the use of e-learning programs, participation in industry and business classes and conferences, the skills of employees are continually developed and expanded.
Employees are invited and encouraged to participate in community support projects and efforts. CRI employees are good neighbors in the communities we live and work.
CRI offers diverse employment opportunities within its 3 subsidiaries, namely AgSource, Central Livestock Association, and Genex. A significant number of CRI employees are field personnel for AgSource and Genex. They work shoulder-to-shoulder on our members' farm and livestock operations helping them to manage and improve their agricultural businesses.
Other employees work in our AgSource lab facilities providing milk, forage, soil, and environmental testing. Many Genex personnel work directly with cattle providing care and handling. Employees with the Genex Farm Systems work to provide and service livestock feeding and dairy equipment. Still other employees with Central Livestock are involved with livestock marketing at their various auction facilities. There are also a variety of careers within CRI in the various support functions. These include public relations, distribution, information technology, marketing, finance, and other administrative support.
If you are looking for a career with a progressive agricultural cooperative, then CRI is for you. With over 1400 employees in 38 states, and a growing international division, the opportunities are endless.
