Individuals Complete Genex Beef Training School

SHAWANO, Wis. - Twenty-two individuals with strong beef backgrounds have completed a three day training program with Genex Cooperative, Inc., for additional training for their jobs as Genex Area Beef Representatives. The training program informs these individuals about the Genex beef program and what services are available to them and their customers.

The comprehensive training program at the cooperative's headquarters in Shawano, Wis., included detailed classroom learning focused on the Genex beef program, finances, semen handling, synchronization and customer service.

As Area Beef Representatives for one of the world's leading suppliers of cattle genetics, the individuals work with purebred and commercial beef producers to develop customized reproductive programs to meet immediate and long-term genetic goals.
