FIND THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY: Your journey begins by searching our current career opportunities. Search the current job openings by keywords or simply click search to view all openings.
APPLY: Once you find the opportunity that is right for you, go ahead and complete the application online. You will need to create a new user account (remains active for 90 days). During the application process, you will be asked for your basic information and past experiences. You will also be asked to upload your cover letter, resume and references. Once the application is complete, you may be asked to take an online assessment. Depending on the position, the assessment may take up to 45 minutes for completion.
PHONE INTERVIEW: Once you've applied and we feel your skills and experience might be what we're looking for, a CRI recruiter will contact you to discuss your application and better understand your suitability for the role. The phone interview is an initial 20-minute conversation that will determine whether we should schedule a face-to-face interview. The phone interview includes a two-way discussion about your experiences, education, skills and career aspirations. This is also an opportunity for you to find out what it's like to work here.
IN-PERSON INTERVIEW: You've made an impact on us, and we're excited to learn more about you in person. Through an in-person interview we take a closer look at your skills and abilities and how well they match the position and fit with our company values and culture. This is an opportunity for us to understand your capabilities and what motivates you, and for you to understand more about us. The in-person interview is followed by a reference check.
